   珍珠岩助滤剂是由精选小粒经矿砂经净化煤气加热,在垂直立窑内选择性膨胀,膨胀经研磨净化获得的一定粒度搭配的粉末状产品,色泽洁白,产品容重    230    ~    460kg/m3    。产品品种划分的容重、粒级搭配、选择膨胀形成的孔隙直径不同为标准。   
           本产品与硅澡土等助滤剂相比,具有有害金属、非金属成份少、容重轻、滤速快、过滤效果好等优点。   
   本产品已广泛应用于啤酒等饮料行业、制药行业、油漆涂料行业、石油行业等的快速过滤生产实践中;如    生物化工    ,    酶制剂厂,柠檬酸厂,钛白粉厂,琼脂厂,卡拉胶厂,淀粉厂,饴糖厂,啤酒厂,味精厂,凡是用到过滤行业的均能使用.   
   珍珠岩助滤剂生产工艺简介及一般使使用特性   
     工艺简介:矿砂    ---    分级    ---    干燥    ---    进料    ---    煅烧    /    熔融    ---    冷却    ---    粉碎    ---    多级风选    ---    精选    ---    去粒    ---    装袋。   
   说明:珍珠岩膨化后再经过的研磨风选    ,    被仔细地许多等级轻轻的研磨使颗粒表面凹凸不平    ,    滤饼成型过程才能相互挤压    ,    最终的产品表面就是锯齿状    ,    它们会互相咬合联接形成粗糙的滤隙,其中有许多内联通道,小到可以阻挡微米大小的粒子,但同时又具有    80%---90%    的空隙率,保留有较高的连续渗透力。   
           我公司的珍珠岩助滤剂是一种由惰性非晶玻璃粒子组成的白色固体粉末。主要的成分有钾、钠、铝硅酸盐。本身不含有机物,生产过程中经高温燃烧达到灭菌,堆积密度较硅藻土轻    20%    。   
   GK--110    珍珠岩助滤剂的各个颗粒是非常不规则的曲卷片状    ,    形成滤饼时有    80%--90%    的孔隙率,各颗粒有许多毛细孔相通,因此可以快速过滤且能捕捉到    1    微米以下的超微小颗粒。珍珠岩过滤介质的特殊优点是在保持较高液体流速的同时截留固体,它的化学稳定性极好且不存在潜在污染物,其重金属离子的含量一般在    0.005ppm    ,因此可用于食品级过滤。
